One of the sleepiest three packs so far.

Saladeen Adell: Not sure Saladeen has had a single card I have liked in all of P2020 or P70 and this is one of my least favorite. Complete hodge podge in terms of a card design for a player already in the minors.

Beck Canseco: I usually really enjoy Becks style but I think this one went a tad too far in terms of the artificial damage, loses a lot of the pop he typically has.

Claw Money Mattingly: This is not quite as totally random as her Sever, but still fairly confounding and with more a far more over utilized player for these projects. Mattingly's magic fingers soaking up the rays (plus arrows) ... I guess.

the canseco? no need for another card of his when there are legends that have yet to make an appearance in P70

the mattingly is beyond terrible, like he is disco dancing

This is shaping up to be a slow week for me. I don't like Naturel's generic sky backgrounds. Appreciate LT's work but the style isn't for me. I have enough Ichiro art cards to last a lifetime. Can probably say the same for Donnie Baseball. The fact that the card is awful makes it easier to pass. Are awkward Mattingly shots going to become a thing in P70? This one makes the mullet overload look like high art.

I'll enjoy one of the easiest days off of purchasing yet.

TBP summarized my thoughts for me today, thank you E!

Yesterdays is a great 3-cad drop, I have no personal connection to any, but still mulling a purchase. I think it's all 3 or none for me.

I find it hard to believe that any of these would ever get you your $170 back if you tried to resell them.

Except Matt made an entirely new design that stood on its own as a great looking card. Beck's Mcgwire was not one of my favorites and the rehash doesn't change that.

I think the brightly colored players against the sky backgrounds are actually pretty good-looking. And I think they'll look especially good when they're all displayed together-- the players and colors will really pop ... we'll see though!

Going to be very interesting to see the next Pardee…….he set his bar very high. Also interested to see the next Matt Taylor. His Canseco was phenomenal in my opinion.

i agree, its not bad at all. its just not needed due to it being Canseco especially since we already had one in the first 70 cards released

I like his rendering of Bench a lot. Reminds me of his metal man cards. I just enjoyed how he tied the colors of background with foreground in his P2020 set. It's cool that he's doing something different, I guess I just needed to draw a line somewhere so I don't end up with 500 cards.
