I like that the autograph on the Goldberg is all on card, it didn't run off. That a big pet peeve with me for my set. Nice pickups!!!

He sure doesn't have a legible signature.

If there was no image you would have no clue what that chicken scratch says.

Do collectors from this set put any additional value on the placement of the signature?

I haven't noticed any premium prices for the placement of the sig. Most wrestlers were pretty consistant in their signings.

Premium prices seem to be more geared toward autograph variations (Hulk Hogan Ernest Miller, for examples).

Can't believe a Goldberg full sig just went for a $1000.00

I also have a full sig. The one at auction though looks...off to me. All of the Goldbergs I've ever seen, full sig or not, had much darker blue ink. That one that just ended looks more like it was signed recently

One that just ended:

I placed a bid on the card and was hoping to make a run at it because the card looks like a 10. Then it just popped to $400 and then the under bidder kept chipping away to $1,000. I wanted it for condition and I also noticed it had a B and I know some collectors of this set like variations so I assumed that played a role. I hope for the seller he gets paid!

I had the full Autograph Version...picked it up in 2008 for around $75. Sold it a few years back for $250. Had no idea it was that desirable of a variation......

So far you can tell by looking at the sellers feedback that they have left it hasn't been paid for yet.

Obviously you don't know how to do research on eBay. He has left feedback for all of the cards paid for. You have to look for behavioral patterns.

I contacted him last night to inquire and the card is not paid for and was won by an overseas buyer he deals with and it is expected to be paid for any day. Time will tell.

If dpeck100 tells you something you can take it to the bank.

I'm looking to unload my collection again, this time to help fund MTG stuff for my sons.

The last time I tried to do this it turned into a mess, with people only wanting some cards and those who wanted everything ending up changing their minds or being just plain sketchy.

Can someone recommend a safe, secure way to sell all these cards as one lot? I'm not on eBay, and as you can see I've done no trades here. I just want to unload them all at once in a way that seller - me - and buyer - one of you - will be happy and satisfied.

Here's what I have:

1998/99 WCW Autos - no apparent fading on any, FWIW
Chris Benoit (x2)
Bret Hart (x2)
Eddy Guerrero
Curt Hennig
Brian Adams
Bam Bam Bigelow
Kanyon
Rick Steiner
Steve Regal
Dean Malenko
Chavo Guerrero, Jr.
Kimberly
Cyclope
Damian
Hector Garza
A.C. Jazz
La Parka
Meng
Nick Patrick
Prince Iaukea
Psychosis
Sick Boy
Silver King
Norman Smiley
Sonny Onoo
Storm
Super Calo
Mike Tenay
Ultimo Dragon
Wrath

I also have the following WWE autos:
1998 Owen Hart Superstarz
1998 Mankind Superstarz
1998 Paul Bearer Superstarz
2001 Fleer Stone Cold Steve Austin auto (236/500)
2001 Fleer Dudley Boyz auto (495/500)
2001 Fleer Kurt Angle auto (196/500)

And lastly these Fleer "Foreign Objects" memorabilia cards:
Triple H (3 color)
Chris Jericho (2 color)
Trish Stratus (one color but with a blemish of some sort)
Undertaker
Stone Cold Steve Austin

Here's what I have:

-cut-
1) find a local collector/dealer to sell in person
2) sign up for ebay
3) cosign to an ebay seller (PWCC, etc)
4) submit to an online auction house
5) send to COMC. They should all sell quickly if priced right

Interesting ideas - #3 might be intriguing. I'll look into that.

If you use Probstein or PWCC, they should get a TON of exposure

Quick update - I'm leaning toward the PWCC route. Their advice is to list the cards worth $50 or more individually, and the rest in a lot. Of course that means more fees to them, but perhaps that would be the best way to go all things considered. Any thoughts? Also, would any of the WCW autos go for less than $50 these days?

The way some of the recent cards have gone 1/4 - 1/2 of the WCW you have are a good chance of going less then $50

If you don't mind, can you indicate which you think would be safe bets to fetch at least $50 on their own? Could you bold them in my original list?
