Yea, I'm sure Topps (a company, not a person) loses lots of sleep at night that they now have told everyone they had cards get backdoored. Must be a load off of "Topps".

The card is not a 1/1. So there is issue #1. Issue #2, you bought the card on eBay, so you didn't even pull the card, which makes it stupid to assume you are entitled to getting it autographed and labeled 1/1.

Issue $3, you are obviously hyping this just to make it worth more, except you've overhyped it so much that everyone now seems to know that this card is not what you say it is. If the card is a true 1/1 and is this rare and desired, you would not need to hype it/talk about it this much.

What's up DP? How are things in Lehigh Circle?

You should learn how to quote. My offer of a lifetime supply of Hormel Chili for your A-Rod 1/1 superduperfractor still stands. Let me know!

Just a fyi, this was issued as/also a non superfractor 1/1. I was looking for this ACTUAL autographed card, when these first came out.

Well to be fair you showed the same scan (front scan) this time and last time.

You said in the previous thread and previous PMs you would check to see if yours indeed has the stickers on the back and provide a scan but you never did.

As far as I am concerned my card is unique and is a 1/1 till i see another like it.

Hey, it worked with the Gretzky Wagner T206. Can't blame a guy for being creative.

Yes, I remember but his is not the 1/1, hence there being no 1/1 stamped on the back

That is wrong info and I don't believe there is a superfractor version of this card.

This card is indeed the card that has the odds to pull at 1:614,088 packs.

It is the only card it could be.

If you do not think it is that card what card do you think it is?

I don't see how any of these are issues at all. It is a 1/1 card with odds to pull at 1:614,088 packs.

I did buy it off ebay and would like to enforce the warranty or guarantee that comes with each autograph card.

I am not overhyping anything. I simply started the thread because I made a promise last time to provide scans for the people who wanted to see them.

Again I would ask people stop saying this card was backdoored as that is actually libel.

Topps has stated that this card was inserted into packs and therefore was not backdoored.

Whether Topps was telling the truth or lying at the time is not for me to decide.

I don't see why they would lie about the cards sticking together if that wasn't the truth?

Topps policy for replacement of defective or damaged cards only applies to
those that are returned by the original owner within one year of production date.

What you fail to understand is that if something like this had happened to you with regard to somethin you pulled recently and that was clearly a true mistake on topps part, everyone on this board would be behind you 10000%

I don't think Topps has a policy for autograph cards missing the autographs.

They have replacement guidlines for damaged or missing cards but not for errors.

I also don't think the same year really applies in this case as I am trying to enforce the warranty or guarantee of this card since it was supposed to be autographed.

It is not. The 1/1 card is an autographed version with stickers on the back. This card is neither of those. If this truly is that card (which I doubt it is) then it is not that card. That would mean that version of the 1/1 does not exist.

Buying it off eBay makes it even more absurd. Topps allows for replacements/returns/complaints on cards for a year after the product is released. If my eyes are correct, it is past a year. SO therefore, that guarantee is no longer valid.

All the beckett slab guarantees is that the card is authentic (read: made by Topps) and that there are stickers and an auto missing. No where on the card/slab does it say the card is a 1/1.

Having known the OP for years and years, you guys are all idiots for attempting to argue or even humoring his thoughts.

He is David Peters....a man like no other. Don't waste your time.

This is the 1/1 throwback autograph with the odds to pull at 1:614,088 packs.

You keep saying it is not that card but you don't offer anything after that on what card it could be.

It is a backdoored card that was not meant to be placed in packs. It is not autographed, and is not labeled "1/1".

Better?

I feel like I am getting dumber every time I read a post this moron makes, we should really just ignore him because his is too ignorant to realize his card isn't worth crap.

Honestly, the OP is smarter than 75% of the people on this board and 50% posting in this thread...

Dave,

Get a Q-Tip and dip it in Vaseline. Then slowly and gently penetrate your anus until all the sh!t you're talking is all out of your ass.

Well then I can't wait for him to prove how "smart" he is by realizing what he actually has, here's a hint, it's not a super rare arod 1/1 card...
