Format of Break:

A list of Participants 1-43 will be Randomized as well as the list of US presidents that is formatted below. The lists will then be “matched up” 1 for 1. That list will determine the Presidential Cut Auto’s as well as a “HIT DRAFT” order for all the cards in the break.

Should two cuts from the same president be pulled, the original owner of that president's slot will have his choice of one of the cuts. the remaining cut should then be eligible for the draft.

Should a Dual Cut Presidential Card be pulled (2 cut autos from 2 different Presidents), it is up to both of the 2 slot holders to chose what to do with the card.

Winners of the Cut Presidential Auto’s will be excluded from the Draft.
