There are a couple of cards out there that are either my grail or regrets that I will be on the lookout for.

The one I kick myself for was the Joe Flacco 2015 Prizm Draft Alumnus 1/1 that I saw on eBay last year and didn't send an offer for as I thought it was short changing the seller, only see them accept what I would have offered. Was hoping that it might turn up last year in Cleveland, but didn't see it.

Any cards I need for my 1949 Bowman set at a reasonable price. (PSA 6 only - does not include PSA 6.5 and does not include any other grading company just because it might crossover)

Last year in Cleveland I was able to pick up the Roy Campanella and in previous years bought the Pee Wee Reese and the Yogi Berra. I usually find 5-10 per year.

Keeping an eye out for booths dedicated to Bowman prospecting. Sort of a "red haired stepchild" at big shows. Sure, most booths have $$ autos of 1st Bowmans of Elly, Skenes, etc. But I like the ones that have tons of guys still in the minors. In 2023, I found a booth dedicated to Bowman. Displays with top prospects and value boxes with cheaper prospects. Spent a ton of time there buying, selling and trading.

Give me those late 90's, early 2000's refractors of HOFers, that I missed during my hiatus from the hobby and I am happy.

P.S. I'm so bummed that I won't get to go this year. I told my wife, no family vacation next year. I'm going to the National.
You are in the wrong facebook groups, my friend. I'm in some 90s groups where I see high end, rare 90s stuff all the time.

But yeah, nobody is going to the national saying, "Hey, I'm only looking for modern stuff I can find on ebay every day of the year." We go to the national to see a bunch of dealers we may not run into at local/regional shows, and look for stuff we won't often find on ebay.

Oh yeah. I recently discovered Tough 90's Inserts and 1990's to 2004 Baseball Card Rare Inserts on Facebook and am amazed at some of the cards I see there. I have found quite a few dealers at past National shows that have stuff I am more into but there is still (in my opinion) too much of the modern stuff. But I get it, it's what's easily available and overprinted versus what I am looking for. Oddly enough, I feel like sometimes, all I can find is vintage and modern. That 90's and early 2000's stuff seems even harder to get than current vintage and newer modern stuff.

Yeah, finding 90s at card shows is tough. There will definitely be a few tables at the National with some bangers, though. Greenies always has some nice 90s stuff, and they said they will have more this year. It's part of the fun for me searching for those needles in the haystack at the National. I scour the whole show looking for 90s cards. Lots of fun.

Anyone know the best booths / dealers for Formula 1 cards?

Im working on some rainbows from 2021 Topps Chrome F1 🤘

Also hunting for some football grails, but these will be easier to find all over.

A friend and I just purchased a massive fresh to the hobby collection that has a lot of early 2000’s numbered, parallels, relics and autos. Most of the stuff is 2000-2016. We hope to bring some of the cards to trade night. Hit me up if you have specific wants.

I make the same request each year, so I may as well again. If anyone who is attending is able to look for 2006 Donruss Elite Chad Greenway and Abdul Hodge cards (base /599, auto, die cut, plates), and is willing to pick them up, I'll reimburse you for them as soon as I hear you have one, along with a finders fee for keeping me in mind.

For the business:
- Anything $20+ across all sports and culture. It's my one chance a year to get big stuff for the showcases so I try to go all out and pull all the stops with my limited funds. I am the type of person that will something if I think it'll work out so no specifics from me (Lotta help. I know.)
