The back also says it's autographed by Chevy AND Beverly.

I bought 3 sets and opened one just now.

The good...

Deck of playing cards
Trading cards not bad and I hit a Randy Quaid auto
Ornament
Coaster
Popcorn (full review to come later)

The bad...

Sticker?

The ugly...

Signed mini poster (cheap, flimsy, no COA, packaged poorly)

- The cards were poor quality and unnumbered. No idea how large the set is -- or if the set is really just the six cards that were included.
- Got unlucky with the hit -- an auto of Miriam Flynn (Catherine). Definitely the worst auto and, personally, I'd have preferred the hat or jersey relic, too.
- The pewter ornament (https://www.danforthpewter.com/moose-mug-ornament/) is nice. The coaster is fine, but you have to know the movie to appreciate it. Deck of cards will get used this holiday season. The popcorn will not.
So is there only one auto a box? I got two Chevy script autos numbered to 50 and thought there was one more auto per box.

Just want to say it was really awesome to receive to boxes with no auto in them. Outstanding quality control.

Unless you are referring to the mini-poster not being included I'm pretty sure these weren't guaranteed 1 auto per box -- it was 1 auto or 1 relic.

So I ended up breaking down and buying 5 boxes total. I was not seeing any singles pop up so thought it might be my best way to complete the set. Here is my breakdown...

5 boxes:

4 pig autos and 1 Randy Quaid. The 4 extra boxes I ordered all had the pig auto. Not sure what to think about that. I bought them for the Christmas Vacation cards so that is disappointing. The good thing though is the pig costume is screen used so those should do well. Will put the money toward trying to buy the other cards.

Randy Quaid auto is not numbered or different in any way. You could easily take a base card and have him sign it. Or anyone else in the set for that matter.

Of the 5 boxes the sealing sticker was coming off two of them. Be careful ordering sealed boxes if you choose to do so.

I did not get any extra autos or anything extra in the 5 as an fyi

Seems like a set ripe for counterfeiting as far the signed base go. I don't think I'd buy any of the base autos unless they were certified by JSA/BAS/PSA.

I was initially upset I missed out on this release. Christmas Vacation is a staple in our house during Christmas. But I’m done with unlicensed stuff. This seemed like a money grab by Chevy & those involved. Also the boxes should have been plastic wrapped. The authenticity sticker used to seal the box can be easily pulled off and resealed. It would upset me greatly to find out the seller looked at the auto hit. I’ll wait for a Marquee release.

Hi All,

Thought as my first post I would share my results as well.

I ordered two boxes, and pulled a Miriam Flynn auto and hat relic /40. There is no differences between the auto’d base cards versus plain base cards as mentioned above.
No extras either of any kind in my boxes, it was exactly what was stated on the sell sheet.

I personally thought it was a fun open since I am a fan of the movie. Although I was hoping to hit one of the Christmas Vacation relics, but still happy with the one I hit. Also hoping some single relics start to show up for sale would like to pick a couple up.

I got some more boxes in today, and decided to open two more.

Pulled a Beverly D’Angelo and a Randy Quaid so a couple of nice autos.

Opened my last two boxes on Christmas Day, and got a Beverly D’Angelo and Brian Doyle Murray auto.

In the end got 4 of the 5 autos I wanted from the cast (only need Juliette now), and one relic so did pretty well on not getting doubles.
At least my double auto was Beverly, and one of hers has a fingerprint in the auto so assuming it’s hers but who knows.

Wanted to pull a script page relic to match the theme but no luck, still happy to have pulled one relic.

New 2025 Edition of the Chevy Xmas box available on his site for $250:

https://officialchevychase.com/produ...mited-edition/

Johnny Galecki and Dana Barron included in the list of signers this time.

And he's also selling an auto/relic card from Christmas Vacation featuring an actual piece of his pajama pants from the film. #'d to 60 on the back. Very cool card but pricey at $500.

This time each order is guaranteed to have a Chevy signed card PLUS another card signed by a cast member. It seems they listened to some feedback from here.
