We just talking about guns. Think we had a gun threads at one point but the usuals probably cried about it. Maybe it still exists?

I remember early in my BO there was a thread about ammo that got nuked right quick.

Some people are way too easily offended to discuss firearms.

Back in my skateboarding days we carried totally legal wrist rockets and ball bearings for big meanies who drove by and called us names or threw beer. Those things caused lots of damage.

Yes. Every time I ball up my fists. I can no longer play rock, paper scissors legally in my state.

Guns aren't really for me but have shot a few. Dad collected military stuff and guns. Didn't keep any at the house except a 9mm and an AK just in case. I never got to see any of the other stuff.

Yes, when I was in the military. Don't really feel any need to carry one now.

As a Marine yes, as a civilian yes, however not much into open carry, kind of defeats the purpose like placing a target on you. However here in the lovely state of Texas I am always locked and loaded. I have been trained and am at the range every weekend. However everybody definition of weapon of war tends to vary. I wouldn’t want to have my keltech ksg on me in a long range firefight, but for my families protection in my truck under the seat it works, also never leave home without my Glock 40 either, but you would never know and that is how it should be. FYI those are not weapons of war. Now if they let me mount a 50 cal on my truck I might

Early 2000's we had a poker group online. We became friends and had meet ups every year.

One year if was in Texas at a members house.
One of the members was a woman from NYC who was very liberal and very anti gun.
Well the homeowner had a 50 Cal mounted on a rusty jeep.
They all took turns firing it out on his 100 acers.
He set up tannerite probably 250 yards away,
SHe was the 1st one to make it go boom.

Now she is still very liberal and also has her LTC and is much less anti gun.

I bet most if not all of you who legitimately carried weapons of war either in the military or elsewhere, never put your scope on backwards like this dingaling from the Navy.

And to those of you who served for our country, thank you for your service.

Sad thing is, as the CO of a ship, he probably hasn't handled a weapon since the Academy and he was probably 100% given that weapon as it is shown from someone else; most likely the ships security force. In boot camp and again during rifle re-qualifications in the Navy, I never had a rifle with a scope.

When they encounter the multiverse of variant Beavis & Buttheads in the Paramount+ exclusive "B&B Do The Universe" feature film, they run into those futuristic ones above. The advanced Butthead says to the boys something like, "We're the smartest possible versions of you two...which means we're still pretty dumb." On the new series, instead of making fun of just music videos for the interstitial sections, they now comment on influencers and various other internet garbage.

The show still works on every level.
