Is anyone else having issues with the league page? I was ranking players and then, out of nowhere, was locked out - twice. Cleared cookies, closed browsers, used firefox and chrome...same thing happened and, since the second time, haven't been able to get back in.

...now I'm back in. Hopefully this stupid thing doesn't screw up tonight too. Damn yahoo.

edit: and now locked out again, chrome and firefox. First there's an error when I'm pre-ranking, then "request denied" when I try to get back to the page, and it persists. This is a bit disconcerting. Not having any issues with anything else server or browser or internet wise.

Gotta love yahoo. I had full preranks which included zero kickers. I was off and on (as you guys might have noticed) due to being on the road, and on one of those picks I couldn't make - in the middle freaking rounds - they not only draft me a kicker but they draft me a kicker that is not even rostered by an NFL team.

...pretty hard to win clutch games when, as stated, you're not even on an NFL team. Already had to drop him for a kicker who is actually playing.

I just saw that too. Four emails about it. First off: you've already got some explaining to do by messing with the settings mid-season. Second off: if you're going to mess with the settings at all, you need to provide an explanation to the league of what you're doing and why you're doing it, either here or on the yahoo site (better to do both in order to cover your bases. Third: the fact that you're doing this in the middle of a trade situation really, really doesn't look good.

I'm not coming at you with a pitchfork here, but whatever you're doing/whatever you did and why needs to be clarified for the whole league ASAP.

I think I see what's going on here, and I'm not happy. Hope I'm wrong but it looks like this is about Mark Andrews, who played on Thursday night. The trade was made on Thursday, November 7th at 7:32 am and there's then a 2 day waiting period, but Andrews played on Thursday night. That would mean that the trade can't go through until the following week, but it appears the commish wanted to forgo that rule and push the trade through. Is that what happened here? I hope not.

Also: kinda screws "I Hate Fantasy Football"s team, as it leaves them without a tight end for the week: the trade shouldn't have gone through until next week, so they'd have had Trey McBride to play today but the commish pushed it through so they have no TE at all (Andrews, on the commish's bench, already played and now sits on I Hate Fantasy Football's bench, where his 18 points can't be used. Note: Not that it should matter but if anyone says "But Jonnu Smith!" please just don't. Nobody that thought they had McBride or Mark Andrews is using him as their primary TE starter. And it doesn't change the rules being circumvented).

Sometimes you get screwed by the settings, or maybe you forget to check to see if a guy has a Thursday game so it's you that messed up. If that happens, though, you HAVE to ASK the league if it's ok to push something through. You can't just ignore settings like that and pull rank for your own interests.

So let me explain lol

I was trying to see if I could push the trade through saturday night so that WhoDat could set Tracy in his lineup asap since he has a super early game. this is my 2nd time being commish, so I was trying to figure out how to push it through but could not, and google wasnt much help to me earlier. I changed the settings back obviously, and i have nothing to hide from yall or am trying to be shady in any way

I had told em i’d push it through saturday as long as there were no complaints or enough votes against, but I spoke too soon as I thought it’d be simpler than it turned out. If anyones really upset about it please reach out to me and i’ll try my best to remedy it

i also think a good point was made, i did NOT ask the league if it would be ok to push it thru early and i fell short there too so i am sorry. i did way too much assuming
