Tough predicament to find yourself in. I’m no BODA, so there’s not much I can say, but it does seem like it’s more guilt by association for this card. See if you can track down corndog and see if he can provide some more info.

Corndog was kind enough to review the card. No sign (inconclusive) of trimming, but Moser touched it, and that’s not super.

I’ve ordered a black light and will give it a look on Friday.

If it passes that, then it looks more like a crack and resub bump.

added some Yankees inserts and refractors to the Yankees PC. have some more incoming via trade. The big cards are the 2004 Topps Chrome Jeter, which is a refractor and completed the rainbow and the dual relic Jeter and Judge

I don’t buy many graded cards but when I do it’s always from Chappy’s Shed Grading. If Chappy says mint plus, I’m in.
It was $5+ shipping so I’m making room for the bulky slab.

I am super excited about this one - All Raez!

I've had the rainbow completed up to a red for awhile now, and hadn't completely given up on a red I could acquire ever surfacing, but I was content in feeling like that was going to be it for me. But this one popped up and I just had to make it happen. Was able to sell off a few non-PC cards and cash out some fantasy winnings to bring my out of pocket cost down to about 100 bucks, and I figured I couldn't let that opportunity pass by

Now I'm definitely not counting on ever getting the super or any plates, but who knows!

These UK parallels are proving very difficult. Excepting 1/1, I have completed all of these: Flagship Series 2, Chrome, Ben Baller, Opening Day, Holliday, Japan, and factory sets. Still looking for 3 UK parallels: Purple /50, gold /25, Red /5. And the big one - the Sapphire Red. I just picked up a plate at 5 times market value, and will offer similar for any of these or 1/1s.

I wouldn’t fret about finding a plate. It might take a little while, but one will appear. And it probably won’t cost too much.

Nevertheless I’m interested to see how he does after utterly dominating them in 2 starts this year. He’s given up 2 hits and one run to them in 12 innings while fanning 16 including the combined nono game.
I have to believe at home down 2-0 they’ll be able to put up at least a couple off of him today. Can’t wait to watch.
