I’ve been waiting for three replacements which i requested in like August/September of last year and no movement. All my emails have gone unanswered and anytime I try calling it takes 2-3 times to get through to then receive a response to wait another 6-8 weeks since they are hopelessly behind on sending out cards and I just should be patient.

I pulled a 2013-14 Crusade Kevin Durant Majestic Marks Silver (on card, of 10) and redeemed it in July 2017. The redemption had expired. After the redemption sat in limbo for five years, I received an e-mail from Panini that they were replacing this card for 2,500 points.

This process is a little weird. I know the speculation has been that panini is working to get rid of as many potential liabilities (like redemptions) as they can prior to a fanatics combination. I also think they have stated they are focused on medium- and lower-value cards prior to year end, correct?

So by year end/Jan 2023 the only outstanding redemptions should be high-value cards (as decided by panini and panini alone)…? Will be pretty interesting to see what happens to those redemption holders. Will there be a glut of points awarded for those (this seems like an awful solution and probably therefore the most likely one given panini’s history of customer service)?

Will there be a flood of white box and black box 1/1s?

Will we finally see a bunch of amazing cards held back by panini as replacements for these “high value” redemptions?

There’s somebody out there with insight; I wish they would speak up on this.

Not a redemption but I finally got something to replace my missing auto from an 18/19 Chronicles hobby box. I originally created the ticket back on 10/13/19, not one update but I emailed those two emails in this thread on 11/2/22 and just got updated this morning that they're sending me a Spectra from 2018 to compensate. I really hope it's not Troy Brown Jr...lol

I made the unfortunate errors of buying redemption cards off of eBay which were legit because I wanted autographed cards of Patrick Ewing and Charles Bakley... that was like I think 6+ years ago, then they never apparently signed the cards for years and Barkley later signed other cards but not the one I redeemed.

I was emailed the opportunity maybe 3+ years ago via Painni if I wanted to keep on waiting or cash out for replacements.

I decided (with current regret) to wait.

Then the pandemic hit, which Panini really should have taken advantage of the general free-time of everyone and had their athletes sign at home while there was so much downtime, but everyone seemed to drop the ball.

That takes me to 2022 and those cards are no longer on my dashboard (I hope they'd be in my customer profile somewhere) and I have no evidence of their existence. I should have kept the original scratch off card redemption codes.

Panini will neither answer calls, return left messages nor reply to emails.

Does anyone have any suggestions for my recourse if all communication falls to deaf ears?

On a related topic, I've had several parcels from Panini Instant, their online brand pilfered by Fed Ex employees, delivering opened boxes that were clearly tampered with, and I've been trying to contact Panini, the same via emails and calls, to no reply other than a "ticket" acknowledging receipt of my emails, but no replys in over a month. At least in this case, I feel I can get a refund via a credit card chargeback and cite the merchant refuses to reply and ultimately it falls on their side to then reply or comply.

2013 Prizm Kyrie Irving auto. When I pulled probably a $150 or so card. Maybe more.

Years later they just emailed me how I have been “rewarded” 600 points.

what a reward. Started process. If they try that with my Luka or other better outstanding redemptions I think I may blow a gasket and just file a claim and see how much their willing to spend on local counsel to defend this bait and switch scam.

I was shocked when I actually got a reply from Emily a year ago asking what I would like for replacement and the… nothing. About a week ago started spam emailing daily but then added the 2 mentioned by 4barrel above yesterday and have a fedex on the way already. Who knows what I’ll get but at this point after 7 years happy to get anything

I'm now convinced that adding those two emails is working and is not just a coincidence. Too many people on here have added those two emails and got almost immediate responses.
