Like what, exactly? Science is pretty black and white... it either is or it isn't

Also, the bible was written before humans had a good understanding of natural and scientific phenomena. If they couldn't explain something with science it was "an act of god" whereas now most things can be explained rationally. The universe is just one giant dice game, purely random

Science is simply not faith based where "truth" is assumed, it's an evolving study that constantly looks to evolve and move forward.

"Faith" (personal or spiritual) is irrefutable as it's not tangible.

Good science can be repeated, faith is just...well..faith.

Believe in ghosts? Great.

Believe in god? Great.
Ok, yea I agree I was more curious what science was "fairy tales"

Furthermore, I also agree that it's ok to believe in that stuff, nothing wrong with it I just don't.

I agree. Pass the scientific method again and again and voila....SCIENCE!

Anything that starts with “scientists believe” or “a study showed” is not science. We are fed these narratives daily

Faith in science is called "scientism." It's a fascinating field of study.

Science is hardly definitive. We learn new things all the time. Disprove things that were once believed to be fact, prove things that were once believed to be fiction.

Full disclosure, I'm a scientist.

Do ghosts exist in the general animal kingdom or is it just us humans who are lucky enough to be trapped for eternity* in disembodied anguish?

(*Unless they find the real killer, due to advances in DNA technology.)
