I was at the game tonight, he also made a real slick play at second to start a crucial inning ending double play in the 8th I believe.

I do not get Boone's choice of games to sit guys. I get sitting Gary as a Catcher, but he could've waited til Gleyber had an 0-fer to rest him. Cal played in 2000 straight and a 22 year old kid can't play in ten straight when hot, cmon... No better cooler than Aaron Boone...

Exactly, not to mention the guy who got in the lineup for him Urshela hit a home run. Seems like Boone knows what he’s doing, but I’m sure he has a rough night sleeping worrying about what Torres’ game off might do to his cardboard prices while winning 8 straight

He isn't getting rest, he is has a mild injury and there is some silly rule that you cant talk about injuries unless someone is seriously injured in baseball.
