Got my Acuna Pardee in hand yesterday. Off center top to bottom (almost no bottom edge). Looks like I'm off to find one on the secondary market.....

Yep. Better off just scouring Ebay for the nicely centered ones. Only reason to order from Topps initially is your shot at the foil or gold. I've heard people say P70 centering is much better. Not from the ones I have seen. I almost cringe when I see a card with a border now because I know it will be a centering nightmare. Need more like the OMA Bellinger. LOL.

I think Ny Nico is going to have a sharp looking set for anyone that gives a rip about Yankees players. I think his mimicking of color tinted b&w photos has looked real nice plus shifting the palette in slight directions from center.

Styles hits another home run with his Trout, simply looks great. Only minor gripe is the player image duplication -- thats becoming too much of a trend in P70 (Ny Nico also has that in his Gleyber card today)

Futura Hank Aaron isnt winning me over with his second effort. Hopefully he used higher resolution samples of his own art for the background this time.

yesterday's:
shore-tatis: great looking card, buying one for sure. I think it lands in the 8k PR range, I dont think it breaks 10k.
fucci-biggio: nice change of pace, but like many others, I'll be passing on this (which is also probably why many artists avoid making cards of players like biggio).
baller-kershaw: I'm not a Baller fan; I think this is way less gaudy though. not terrible.

I have a little bit....while most of the first 50 are well over MSRP (a couple still around MSRP), a lot have slowly declined from where they were a few months ago.... numbers 100-400, few and far between over the $20-$30 mark.....

I really like NY Nico so far.

The Futura card generates no feelings at all from me. Very forgettable.

I've gotten a couple good deals on some early cards recently, helped me reduce my outstanding P2020 cards to under 20.

Futura is becoming highly forgettable. Honestly, I forgot about his first card until I went back and looked it up. Very boring.

I'll be in for the Trout. Ended up ordering the Distortedd Pujols from Wheeler. Had ordered one Pardee Acuna direct from Topps thats apparently lost. Shows delivered on Sat, but I never received it. Was able to talk to someone at Topps but that didn't help. At least I have another that will be coming from Wheeler.
