I'm weighing that against the fact that it's my belief that Mahomes is the best athlete in sports right now, and one of the top 3 athletes I've seen in my lifetime.

Now, there's a distinction between being the greatest athlete and having the greatest career. To put it in the most easy to understand terms, Bo Jackson is my top 2 tiers of greatest athletes every, but he's nowhere near that level greatest careers ever.

Makes sense. But even Bo was hobbled by injuries. And I Agree I haven’t seen many athletes that could touch him in my lifetime.

That isn't to say I put all my collecting eggs in one basket.

I kind of view it as a portfolio. If I had to list my heaviest weights in order, it would probably go
-Tom Brady
-Patrick Mahomes
-LeBron
-Giannis
-Darius Garland
-Luka
-Various Sealed wax
-Jon Jones
-Evan Mobley

You'll notice that's a good mixture of well established legends and current MVP level guys who could one day get there. Garland and Mobley are just two guys from my favorite team that I had a chance to get significant pieces of and rock bottom timing.

There are for sure stickers with Panini and Leaf. And he had a recent on card with Onyx.

I think we'll have to wait and see if he has any on card with Immaculate or Flawless this year.

The last autos I remember getting redeemed were 2019 Noir. I have 3 outstanding and have given up on them because he hasn’t even been on checklists for any of the 2021 products, so they got added to my Panini email on Friday. 2018 Noir Showtime, 2019 Immaculate patch auto, 2020 Noir sneaker. He wasn’t included in 2020 Immaculate or Flawless so pretty sure he won’t be in 2021 either, and we’ve already seen that the 2021 sneakers were non-auto. I don’t know the other product but always possible they had sticker sheets lying around. I have a few nice on-card autos stashed away just in case he doesn’t sign any more

IDK if I'd agree with that.

Giannis has played his most minutes since 2017-18, and taking his most shots ever.

Middleton has missed 28 games, Jrue has missed 9. Yet they are still 23-12.

Giannis needs more love on here. A proven winner that is consistently at the top of the league. All the luka and joker pumping needs to shift to Giannis until they can prove to be winners.

Giannis was that guy about 4-5 years ago. A lot of people that had gotten in cheap have now cashed in.

My point exactly. Blowout is just speculators pump dream now. That’s why the established guys (Jordan, Lebron, Kobe, Durant, curry, Gianni’s, etc) don’t get the forum love now. If it’s to late to buy into something with not 300% potential growth possibilities there’s not much noise.

And I know those that yell are heard the loudest. There’s a couple screaming luka and joker that flood the forum so it’s not like there are a hundred threads a day but it is noticeable. I’m not sure if it’s legit pumping or just wanting forum attention but it’s there.

I at least respect the Gianni’s fans on this forum a little more. Luka and joker fans are exactly what the haters said Lebron fans are. They blame everyone but their player. The team sucks, the coach sucks, life isn’t fair, etc. Gianni’s fans were on that path but the bucks won the ecf without him enroute to a title so that stopped quick. Lebron was 42-29 in the playoffs with the cavs before leaving. Luka is 14-17 and joker is 21-27 with their squads. Their stats are impressive but they are not winners so far.
