*Nevermind. Forgot last week was Jan 1. What a train wreck of a season this guy was.

It was all a ploy to help his former team secure a lottery pick. Doing a solid for the 12s. Forever the best thing to come out of Seattle since Pearl Jam. GAF bout no chrome bass prices.

Chef Russ returns to form next season whipping up that pot. I will die on this molehill.

So now that the season is over. Is Russ a HOFer?

Can we start the chatter now that the Chiefs are taking a step back next year and the rest of the division will pass them? It was so fun when it happened last offseason.

Emeril Wilson can turn dreams/nightmares to reality. Careful what you don't wish for.

I'd say Russy's more the mango Patron variety when Future's got weekend custody of the kids.

It's official.

Pudgy Frankie Muniz to mile high for a 1st and 2nd. The consummate manlet whisperer.

Uncle Russy bout to facilitate the biggest career resurgence since Paula Abdul.

Smart institutional money already rolling in like week 17 Purdy.

It would be a great story if he could turn it around. Payton gives him a shot.

Not sure if it was properly discussed. What do we make of the Athletic article on Russ? That he wanted a Pete and Schneider fired? That he had an office with inspirational quotes and play concepts? There’s a video interview between Pete and Mike Florio (I think) making the rounds where Pete conspicuously doesn’t deny it.

I’m so curious how Wilson does this year. Payton did well with an older Drew Brees at the end. Is Russ too far gone, or is this a comeback season?

Payton's got it made. Either he "fixes" Wilson and adds to his fame or Wilson is forever broke and even Sean Payton couldn't fix him. That's a no-lose scenario.

Definitely not a home game you want to be losing to a division rival.

He really wasn't the problem out there. Heck, he threw a perfect pass right on the money to Dorsett who was an idiot and caught it with a foot out of bounds that might have led to a touchdown.

He played way better than he did last year, although it seemed like he checked down way too much for short gains.

Not a fan of him but he looked great today.

Laser accurate, very mobile in and out of pocket, looked really good like old school Russ today.
Surprised they lost.

They lost because Broncos were only able to muster up 6 offensive drives the entire game. While they only held the Raiders to 17 points, the defense couldn't stop LVR from having long drives the entire game.
