What is special about the 250 number
PayPal requires signature confirmation on sales of over $250. Basically, if a seller ships a purchase of more than that amount and there is no signature confirmation of receipt, PayPal will side with the buyer in most cases and a buyer can simply refuse to sign for an item. For sales under $250, only delivery confirmation is required.

i think its a network of scammers that work as a group. that way they can cover the others steps, so one doesnt have to worry about messing up.

There were some of the bigger members on here who have backed Haiku and claimed to be his friends over the last few weeks

Is this going to be the end of this forum being a good place to visit?

This is going to turn real ugly, not that it already hasn't, but it's going to get worse
