The dude who sang the theme song was at the National signing autographs. His booth was right across from our chair setup. The last day, he walked over and gave my Son the special gold Pokemon card that was made for him singing the theme song.

About "technique" plates. Made of aluminum, they weigh 15lbs but are the same size as the normal 45lb plates you'd find in any gym.

BRB going to become a fitness influencer with crazy lifting videos.
