It's pretty wise, actually. Why would you want to buy a bunch of super low end base when you can spend your money on Prizm, etc?

To each their own - there is money to be made with buying Chronicles singles, but it's not some "investor bro lingo".

I both do and don’t want to know how much you opened. Damn. I opened like 15 fat packs and a few hangers and blasters. Only hit one Ja Luminance (Pink) and no Zion.

To each their own, though, for sure.

I'm not live or die Chronicles by any means. But to overlook it using that exact language is goober to me and is almost exclusively used by the raw psa 10 base gods. Has nothing to do with perceived value at that point.

I don't see any hobbyist or actual collector not wanting to pick up Chronicles for their PCs.

It's just the flipper hype base gods.

Haha yeah, I often see it too. I don't mind though, there's still enough buyers (demand) for Chronicles RCs. For that reason, I prefer it this way because there's more Chronicles RCs available to purchase.

People want to buy the desired products like prizm. That’s wise, as prizm will appreciate at a higher percentage than a stack of chronicles base.

The real “goober” posts are those wanting “only clean cards” or something like that.

Reading this thread the last few days is not conducive to keeping my 5 Megas, 10 Blasters, and 6 Fat packs sealed. Trying really hard to hold to see where they go this season....But then again I am still missing a Zion luminance and I LOVE that picture....

I still have some Megas and Blasters but I broke down a long time ago on the Fat Packs...loved those! Still haven't pulled a bronze chrome card though.

Can't wait till Christmas Day, I bought 10 fat packs I'm putting in my kids stockings - they have no idea and are gonna love it (maybe just as much as me, haha).

I managed to get a bunch of cellos when they first came out at retail price (probably the best $5 product this year) but I was still buying them at resale prices when they were $12-$15. At one point I had a stash of about 25-30 packs but eventually ripped all of them lol

Outside of sometimes getting cards with dinged corners, these were the most fun and best value IMO. One chrome card per pack and the bronze chrome cards were good chase cards.

I posted this in the thread a couple months back but my biggest hit out of the fat pack was a Zion Score RC #'d/10.
