So you think the jump from 233 to 257 had nothing to do with Obama's campaign message. It's a grey area no doubt but it makes sense to me to define the message of the election by the players actually running in the election. So the democrats losing seats this year was a result of Trump and Biden's competing messages. 2020 is Biden's democratic party so before Biden would be 2018. I see the neatness of defining things your way but I don't think it's a great reflection of reality.

Has Biden shown much care about any of this election fraud stuff? Trump and his team seemed awfully worried about the Russian probe (obstructing and lying left and right) and now we hear whispers about proactive pardons. Maybe it's just me but I'm not feeling like these issues carry the same weight.

Anyone taking bets on the SCOTUS siding the with disenfranchisement of millions of voters?

The notion alone is insanely dumb, then looking at what the supposed "meat" is in the filings...woof.



Regarding notion that Trump was "an insanely effective messenger for the Republican vote," I think that's thin. Sure, Republicans gained seats in the House, and that's a big thing. However, Republicans made gains in states that Trump lost...some of which that Biden flipped (from 2016 to 2020).

Now, we could go on and on in circuitous fashion regarding the value of Trump in these races...but I don't see a lot of value in the idea that Trump helped the GOP gain seats in the House.

Nonetheless, GOP gained in the House, lost in the Senate and lost in the White House.

"lost in the senate" isn't a fair analysis; they had many more seats up than Democrats and so it's not apples to apples like it is in the House / Presidency where 100% of the seats are up.

Still; all of this is opinion and open for argument.

I accepted the election was over for some time. Biden won. I feel a tad embarrassed for those who choose to believe otherwise.
Almost as much as I feel embarrassed for some here that act as though their party haven't done some pretty dumb, scummy, crybaby things themselves.
Still fascinates me how very few will own up to it.

Pretty sure the person that started ALL this was Donal J Trump. During the Obama administration, he perpetuated BOTH the Obama birth certificate AND the Hillary emails - both ended up being giant nothing burgers. So recognize which POS started all this and WHY democrats had it out for him.

Then, in relation to Trump-Russian collusion, several of Trumps associates were put away for lying about meetings w/ Russia, Flynn, Stone, and Manafort to name just a few. And then, the FBI unequivocally did NOT clear orange man of collusion, they hit a dead end that you can't indict a sitting POTUS. And thats how that ended.
