No, this was from Sapphire.

I had heard the same thing, but this superfractor rule is proving to be rather questionable. A 2018 Sapphire superfractor of Pujols is currently on ebay, and I believe I’ve seen a 2018 Devers Sapphire super, as well. In both cases, the Sapphire features the same picture as the regular Topps and Topps Chrome cards.

What about code on the bottom - is it any different? 100% know this card came out of a box of Sapphire, but I don’t have the TC Super to compare to.

Yours has Sapphire product code. So strange. I thought the no repeat card supers in Sapphire was a known fact.

This is definitely the Sapphire, and they are two separate cards. I was just speaking to the theory that there’s no Sapphire superfractors for Sapphires that share photos with regular Topps Chromes. That appears to be a bunk theory...which, going on a tangent, means there are around 400 Acuna Sapphires, rather than the 285 some some claim. I don’t know—this may need to explored more deeply (or maybe it already has been), and it’s a total tangent from the glory of your Vlad pull.

Moving this conversation over to the Sapphire thread so this card can properly bask in all its glory here.

Thank you. I felt guilty for robbing a moment of glory from this pull. This card is the glowing object in that Pulp Fiction briefcase.

Happy to land this. I think these Update Refractors /250 have a lot of room to grow...

Will be interesting to see how Chrome Update refractors do vs the regular Chrome refractors. Chrome Update is #'d to 250 with the photo matching Topps Update while Chrome is non numbered but matches the NNO SP.

Just got this in and it is my first 3D card. I have to say I'm impressed by the depth of space the 3d effect creates. Pictures definitely do not do them justice.

Looking for rare Jameis Winston rookies (Prizm White Sparkle, Gold Vinyl, etc), 1/1's and jersey #'d stuff.

Topps did an amazing job on those 3D cards.

Thoughts on value? Condition should be a 10 on initial inspection.
