I guess what was weird was Kevin Cash apologizing to three people for an incident that wasn’t a big deal or was justified from their point of view. Regardless, KK did something and got hit. I hope Jays make it to the ALDS as that series will be even more fun to watch with all of this happening.

The bush league part is waiting until the 8th inning of a blowout in the last meeting to finally decide that a message needed to be sent. They saw KK four times on Tuesday and three more times on Wednesday before hitting him.

Didn’t want to impact winning games or potential to win and retaliation I’m sure. Also, we are assuming this was blessed by Jays managers and not just Borucki doing what he felt was right.

The Jays sure seem to have an eye for offensive-minded catchers. I could definitely see Jansen having some 25-HR seasons; Kirk can mash; they just traded away Riley Adams, who has enough power potential to be considered a future 1B; and the best one yet, Gabriel Moreno, is still in the minors.
