We'll see, depends on the companion and main card, I'd probably order both to have it flow better. Or just save the money (and put it toward something else art related that is a bit more substantial and not baseball related), but seeing the Ermsy embellished cards posted makes me want to do it. Perhaps with the Willie Mays or Frank Thomas, I can see a story making sense with those.

Edit: For the Frank, I'd do Kit Fisto behind Frank chasing after the thief of his name (probably not really room though). That thief, assuming (s)he is on the companion, is aided by Cad Bane on the companion card. For the Willie, Lobot on the companion.

Got my Ermsy Trout companions yesterday. Cards look great in hand- very colorful and a ton of detail, even without the hand embellishments. The baseball heading in the wrong direction on card 1 is still irksome, but these make for a really handsome triptych

Yeah, for how much you love the set, I'm surprised you didn't get it just as kind of the showpiece reminder of it up on the wall. Maybe one will find its way to you somehow, you never know.
