Hi all.

My submission went from grading to assembly on 10/19. It was part of 2021.24 Standard.

At what point will the grades (cause everyone wants to know their grades) and labels (to check for errors) be viewable?

You won't get results/grades until the cards complete QA2 and are shipped back to PCSports... you got a ways to go.

You will get your grades when we post them. We do not add the labels to check for errors but we are thinking about making that an earlier step. Just have to see where the man hours are for it.

You won't have that like with direct-to-PSA submissions (as far as I know). The earliest you'll see information is when the grades are available, so later in the process than you would see the list of cards in your direct-to-PSA sub.

I have no idea if Josh & team have anything in place to catch labeling errors, but I can say from experience that if there is a problem, you can contact PSA directly, report the issue, and they will take care of it. I had a ~40 card order re-slabbed for free by PSA after I got them back from PC Sportscards via a group submission. (There was a cosmetic defect with the holders, not a label issue. It was minor, but PSA agreed to re-slab). PSA supplied a shipping label, and covered return shipping, so it cost me $0, just time, about a month round trip.

Thank you. Do you know if PCSC holds your items until you elect to consign or ship to owner? Or is it auto ship back to owner, and return to them for consignment?

They hold for payment. Whether that is through consignment or you.

Got an email about a move to assembly for a standard sub. Assumed it was standard 2021.26 and got excited as I have some cool vintage in that sub. I find out that it was actually for standard 2021.74 from the week before the shutdown! Found that quite interesting. I know there is no rhyme or reason, but figured I would share. It seems like a lot of standards have moved into assembly recently, so hopefully they are getting them all finished up for us over the next month or two!

I submitted a lot through jewcer, but it was just before the new system. It was the old school post in thread, send, see grades in thread. In the before times. The long long ago.

Thanks for sharing. That is interesting to know.

Josh mentioned earlier in the thread most of the 2021 standards got to PSA around the same time before they shut down so his internal numbering doesn't really mean much at PSA.

Could definitely be faster to do that.

We are working on some ways to change that but its how it is right now.

There has been a lot of movement. I figured out a way to post total status counts of orders which I’ll start doing today. It won’t say what subs but it will be the counts so we know where orders are. We’re seeing the most movement in gaming and standard orders right now.

2021.42 went to QA1 last night after 9 days in Assembly

I am in standard 39, 40 and 41 lol. right in between all of them haha.
