Couple of questions...

1) Found (what I consider) and ugly Nebraska Cornhuskers sweater (has this feel to it... Women's Heather Gray Nebraska Cornhuskers Letterman Sweater - Official University of Nebraska Store. Worth picking up? $6.99

2) UNC (Tar Heels) jacket for $12.99... this thing is SCREAMING 90s... thoughts?

3) How do you all do with Nike Branded Tee's? (OK St Cowboys)...$3.99

4) Finally, do you all do well with kids sports jerseys? I picked up a pretty nice feeling and looking Colorado Rockies jersey. Kids Large.

5) Ok, the real finally... how about jerseys that don't have sewn in names? It appears to be screenprinted name (Phoenix Steve Nash Child XL)

Bought a Cliff Engle retro Chicago Bears sweater today. It's similar to Ditka's sweater vest and sold it within a half hour of listing it on eBay! Not bad for $1.50!

1. Yes, IMO. Varsity sweaters do pretty well.
2. Depends on the brand and condition, as well as the size.
3. Meh. $3.99 is a bit steep for a common newer Nike t-shirt.
4. I stay away from kid's jersey personally. People seem to not pay much as they know their kid will grow out of it.
5. The older Champion jerseys were screen printed and sell very well depending on player. So that's not an issue in itself. I'm not sure a youth Nash jersey would do that well though (see #4).

1. Cardigans with team logos in general always sell quickly for me. Even no name brands. They don't really get made so supply is nice and low.

2. I don't see a photo, but anything that "screams 90s" is a good pickup. I don't like going over $8 for jackets unless I think I'll be selling it for $40 or more. Shipping can kill you on jackets, be price conscious/picky. Personal rule for me is I don't pick any up if they don't have the hood, unless for some reason I think it's so rare it doesn't matter.

3. Clean tees no matter how simple the design is sell eventually $10 - 15. They're long tail but when you can get them $2 or maybe $3 it's a solid 4-8 in profit when they sell, easy to store. I don't go over $3 unless I'm going to price it over $20. With Nike Dri Fit (only Dri Fit) I'll go $4 on them for regular script tees.

4. They will sell, they just sell for less, I've found myself going to the kids section less. However Champion basketball does so well it's probably dumb that I'm not checking it.

5. Yes. They sell well, sold a Gary Anderson Vikings for $150 a couple weeks ago. Like all jerseys, player is the most important. It's a finicky area. Randy Moss is a solid Seller at $25. Daunte Culpepper isn't worth picking up. But I sold my Leroy Hoard at $35. Any good condition jersey you're safe at $5, they ship first class. Culpepper isn't worth picking up because he has the combination of being the highest selling jersey for 3-4 year and nobody wants him. I don't pick up Percy Harvin for the same reason. However, less popular players many times are better pickups than the superstar because they didn't have that many jerseys produced in the first place....but that might not be true either You'll get the hang of it over time.

Some cool stuff on the IG pages... someone has some really nice Broncos stuff (hats). Someone else has a ND Fighting Sioux Hockey jersey (I know someone whom may buy that as they are big Hockey fans and went to North Dakota).

Nice, where did you find it? Those seem to have dried up in chicago the past few years (couldn't go in a thrift store in the early 00's without seeing one)

Not much on the garage sale front this morning. Did pick up a Ralph Lauren button up for 1.00, its pretty plain jane but cant pass it for 1.00. Also added a few collectible plates and drinking glasses for a quarter each.

I picked this one up at a local thrift shop by my house. Just locally ran in the NW suburbs of Chicago.

Just scooped this Chicago Bulls Logo 7 Sharktooth NWT off eBay. With eBay bucks and everything, ended up paying only 12 dollars for it. Total steal, IMO. I think I can double, and maybe triple my money on eBay or IG.
