I want Jokic to get MVP, and know he gets minimal calls for him, but come on... Make the calls when they need to be made.

did look like a foul on the replay... Denver was due for a little karma after the horrible botched game in Sacramento earlier in the year [that literally cost them a win]. Guess it evens out over the long run.

I think technically that's not foul as long as he hit his hand and not his arm. The hand is part of the ball as long as it is in contact with the ball.

Yep, and it depends on which angle of the replay you look at, but it does appear that his palm/bottom part of his hand makes contact with the ball first. Baseline angle makes it look like he only got arm though, and that's what they kept showing on the Pels feed of course. Will be interesting to see what they say on the official review.

Yeah it was very close i could see them calling it either way.

“Hand is part of the ball” is something that any legit baller uses... never? If 90% of people look at it and say “yeah that’s a foul”, it should be a foul. Jokic knew he fouled him, even wiped Zions sweat off on his shirt after and turned his palms up to say “I guess not”. Just a missed call, ultimately doesn’t matter for the Pels and hopefully helps Denver keep R1 homecourt

That was a 100% a foul no matter if it was middle school ball. No arguments on my end with your take!

He's been thrust into virtually every situation throughout his career and has an innate ability to shift alpha teammate mentalities without them giving up who they are. What he managed to do with both Harden and Booker is exceptional.

To be fair, his injury was the nail in the Rockets coffin in what should have been a Finals appearance season. I'm not sure too many people are giving this year's Suns legit championship consideration despite their rs record, but it'd be nice to see him remain 100% to see what they're capable of.

Anxiously awaiting the return of Mitchell. Apart from Zion and Curry, he’s my favorite player in the league to watch.
