I'll find it.

This was another one that was thrown out. "After a Republican witness said, without providing evidence, that he did not know whether a pile of 53 ballots were received on time." Sounds conclusive to me.

Here you go.
A Michigan judge’s dismissal of a lawsuit filed by President Trump’s campaign was made public on Friday, saying a “vague and equivocal” sticky note was insufficient evidence of ballot-tampering by poll workers.

Im sorry i was googling and looking based on your comment about an unsigned post it note. And yes in this case there was no evidence and it was thrown out. The system works and doesnt mean that every case will be that easy to throw out and maybe will be we just dont know.

I will admit that is pretty lame and should not have been taken to any court and if this is the evidence for the other allegations like Jim Jordan was talking about today then they will all be thrown out and rightfully so

I'm not a conspiracy guy. If there's fraud from either side I'd like it exposed. But I think everyone saw this coming months ago when he started fighting the mail in ballots. So far he's presented no evidence in the first three or four that have been thrown out. Maybe he's just waiting for something to stick.

I like how there are reports that Trump is angry that the legal responses haven't been working and that they didn't seem properly prepared for the fights.

Uh...... how do you "prepare" to file lawsuits for instances of fraud that you expect to happen?

Don't you have to catch the fraud in the act and have evidence for it?

How do you prepare for that? You just have to find it and then boom, that's your evidence and use it when you file. The only way to "prepare" for that would be to be making fake evidence and having ready to go.

The reporters were all trying not to laugh talking about it right before Biden's speech. That's why I had to google it as well. They were just like ""they showed up to court with a post-it that said "they told me to change addresses" and it wasn't even signed by anyone..."" Hard to lose with rock solid evidence like that.

Do you live in a house that has no foundation?

Beyond that, Trump stole the MAGA slogan from the 1980 Reagan campaign, but unlike Ronnie, who knew how to shut up once in while, Reagan had the full 8 years to fall so far short. Only Trump could pack two terms' worth of abject failure into just one.

Right, that's pathetic and proved they just filed a suit with no evidence to back it up, but that doesn't mean they didn't prepare for it. They probably prepared for the type of cases they could file, but without the proper evidence, there really isn't anything you can do.

Which is why Trump being upset at the lack of preparation to me is hilarious, because there really isn't way for lawyers to be prepared ahead of time, they have to just roll with what evidence is provided to them, not having evidence isn't a sign of poor preparation, it's just a sign of there not being fraud.

Well California is still at only 77% reported, so there's likely to be about a 2 million vote advantage for Biden there alone and the popular vote is at 4 million overall right now.

So you're looking at about 6 million vote lead with the rest of the country other than California to add to it.

Trump reminds me of Jim Carrey in Liar Liar when he says "I object your honor!"
The judge asks "On what grounds?" and Jim Carrey says "Because it's devastating to my case!"

He doesn't know how to get rid of all those votes. He just wants them gone.

No need to apologize. I meant that Biden was an integral part of that "Hope and Change" Obama administration.
None of its intellectual properties are off-limits to Joe.

Just that they've had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to run Jordan out for this gambit speaks to the dire state of things in Trumpland at this late hour.

The Gym Jordan Rules:

When there are credible allegations against you, get on the phone with one of the students you failed to protect and weep as you beg them to lie for you.

https://www.si.com/more-sports/2020/...use-ohio-state

When you yourself are advancing spurious allegations, simply let your glasses slide down your nose and yell louder into the microphone.

I thought this thread would cover both sides but clearly it's another echo chamber. Massive voter fraud this year.

lol

I love the few people in here who actually believe there is massive voter fraud, at least there have been plenty of Trump voters who have had no issue to say that there hasn't been and Biden won fairly.

People like evidence, where is the evidence of fraud? Also, it’s laughable to call this thread an echo chamber.

At this point, it is right.

These are baseless allegations. There has been no meaningful evidence presented by anyone, anywhere.

That alone makes it correct to discount whatever nonsense this is. If some actual meaningful evidence is presented, then it will certainly be worth a look. But until then, it's nonsense worthy of being discounted fully.

I've seen people question if he'll give out terrible pardons, especially to family members, that he might just decide he's done with it and move to Mar a Lago with a week or two left, and many other things being thrown out there.

But I'd think any of those would really hurt him in a re-election, it would write the attacking ads for themselves.

However I also don't think Trump is someone to think about how his actions today will affect something 4 years from now, so it likely would't stop him from doing anything he wants at this point lol.
Trump would be 82 years old at the end of his term if he chose to run in 2024. Its already ridiculous to think that Biden will be 81 by the end of his term.
Let's be honest, anybody and everybody, including myself, is an idiot for voting for people that should have retired 15-20 years ago.
