Crazy but didn’t they play all 3 games within a 24 hour period AND score 44 runs within that timeframe. Absolutely insane!

I’m ok with the Borucki pitch. It’s not bush league as people are saying. They were stupid about keeping the card. F it. Took the loss but happy it happened.

Has nothing to do with being an old schooler. It has to do with acting like brats while the team on the other side is beating you - again - while clinching a playoff spot AND knocking you below the Yankees. It had sore loser written all over it.

A brat is taking a piece of paper that doesn’t belong to you, keeping it when asked for it, having your manager apologize to the other teams manager/pitching coach/GM and then downplaying and giving a BS story about it.

Like KK said, it’s September and the games matter. If you’re going to allow your scouting report to flutter on the ground in front of the other team’s player, then you’re likely not getting it back.

If you're going to die on the hill of questioning the use of "flutter", then I know I'm right. The card practically fell in his lap. It's on video. Only Blue Jays fans would claim that the right thing to do is hand it over.

Sorry, I didn’t realize we were doing very basic takes on the physical actions of the paper itself. In that case, yes, you are correct. The paper “fluttered”. Kiermayer said he jarred it loose on purpose. I thought we were being a little more advanced than “fluttering”, my bad.

So it sounds like it was justified since we are in September and games matter. Borucki felt it was justified since KK did what he did. Both justified and made their decisions and we move on.

I guess what was weird was Kevin Cash apologizing to three people for an incident that wasn’t a big deal or was justified from their point of view. Regardless, KK did something and got hit. I hope Jays make it to the ALDS as that series will be even more fun to watch with all of this happening.
