Today is business day #60 for my bulk order. I wouldn't mind it so much if there weren't already tons of bulk orders that have posted up to a month after mine.

Sent a 50 card bulk today. My guess is done late June? Now with the 65 day turnaround time.

Yeah moving from 45 business days to 65 days is really annoying. Boggles my mind why they can't just hire more people. Even if you are just hiring people to grade cheaper bulk orders and they don't touch high end stuff. I guess they feel like they can do whatever they want since its either them or BGS.

So I know that Psa has a tracker at the top of their webpage as to how many they have graded. Is that updated daily? Couldn't we just monitor it daily and log the differences to see how many they grade per day.

It took 60 business days but they finally popped. Did well too as I had (131) 10's and (27) 9's.

I wonder if they will log in orders sooner now that they changed the bulk time from 45 business days to 65 business days? Or is that just wishful thinking?

I called today and was told they are now unpacking bulk orders from 02/12/2018 (28 business days behind). Looks like a couple more weeks just to log my order in. I will call again April 4th if not logged in before.

Starting to remind me of BGS complaints I was hearing last year. I will only use PSA going forward for a number of reasons, but they are going to have to make some additions to their staff for me to submit anything else anytime soon.

My LCS said the he was told PSA just hired 42 new employees... Take it with a grain of salt but that is what he said. He is someone who usually knows what he is talking about but 42 seemed like a crazy number of new hires to me.

That's what I was thinking on my order about to ship. I hadn't notice the times had changed, thought it was just the price increase.

Raising prices to $20 on a ten day (2 week) and now making it 30 days (6 weeks), that is absolute BS! Guess my bulk will take much longer, and short turn around stuff goes to BGS.

BGS gave them business, and now PSA turns it away.

that's where I have been at now for about the last year. I send the bulk orders that I don't care about return times to PSA and the stuff I want faster, I send to BGS.
