Man I hate Topps Sterling! I take back saying I've never sold a Yordan card last month. I've sold 1. I sold his Topps Sterling Rookie last year. Hated that card.

I spent months waiting for his Opening Day SP photo variation to come up for auction. Happy I was able to get it last week. His rookie photo variations are all top notch.

As it turns out, 3 hits, 5 RBI, and a walkoff HR to cap a big comeback will sell some cards. I have more $ sold of Yordan today than I did all players for all of last October...the month that included Yordan's LCS MVP!

Agreed, big fan of his 2020 Brooklyn autos.

Here's one of my favorites. Always loved the '85 design along with color match. Wish the 35th anniversary stamp wasn't so prominent, but oh well...

His hobby appeal will always be limited until he's in a different uniform. Doesn't matter if he was on that ws team or not, he's got that astros stink on him.

I see no reason why spending more time at DH would affect his card prices especially if he continues to hit like he is. The only thing I can see it affecting is MVP voting if there's another hitter doing just as well but they play the field more.

Of course, everyone is excited about the walkoff homer and the 5 RBI.

BUT

Yordan also made two excellent plays on defense. He gunned down a runner at home and made a nice running catch down the left-field line.

He must’ve been worth at least 2.0 WAR last night, yeah?
