Curry rocking 14 points on 5/23 at the moment. So much for that MVP talk. Embiid, while dominant, lost. As close as some of these guys have gotten, it's been Jokic ever since Embiid went out with the knee injury.

That thing went halfway down and came back out...I wanted to see him hit that so badly!

Damn, Curry and Wiggins couldn't buy a bucket today. Wish Curry drove to the rim more because his 3 wasn't dropping and that change in shot selection could've possibly made all the difference.

Think just about sums up Joel's MVP campaign... so close just not in the basket.

Obviously people aren’t putting everything on team record for mvp. It was a loss, but just a 1 field goal game against the second best in the west. 38/17/4 in >33 minutes ain’t shabby. Meanwhile the wizards have won 6 straight and have a shot at the playoffs, didn’t see that coming.

I gotta find a clip of this Embiid shot. I shut the game off once Booker put the Suns up by 6. Seemed clearly over by then.

For sure. But I think Embiid has a decent chunk of ground to make up. And there ain’t much time left.

Yeah, jokic is having an incredible year and playing night in and night out. Team standing just irks me but it is what it is.

I can see both sides. Being available is important, but there’s no question Embiid has been the best player this year strictly based on actual impact.

Sixers and Bucks play again on Saturday with Joel likely playing that one. Bucks will be 6 games back come Saturday night instead of 2.

Bucks got their way tonight with losses from Philly and Brooklyn, but still 3.5 games back. Even if they do take 2 from Philly, look at this schedule for the Sixers:

Keep in mind,Trae will probably miss those two games.

If Benny’ tummy doesn’t hurt too much to play the rest of the way i cant see many losses down the stretch.

The bucks would have to play flawlessly.

I almost think Randle scored to quickly. There was 4 second difference between shot and game clock you shoot right before the shot clock expires it is going to be few tough for the hawks to get a timeout before the 4 second runs off
