I don’t know if it will be that wane this year, but I find this buying window can start a little earlier... maybe as soon as the week after the player’s team is eliminated from the playoffs. But certainly in November I see similar deals as December.

My favorite are folks who end auctions on Christmas Eve/day or New Year’s Eve... those can be had 50% off

unless you like Ozzie Smith-like slap hitters, there is no reason to like modern horizontal fielding cards

nobody outside of Padres Fans are buying Tatis cards because they like his glove

man, i REALLY dislike modern horizontal cards. add in the non-hitting, and its even worse.

the images ive seen of the 2021 Flagship Tatis, Ronny and Juanny are pathetic.

Tatis is running the bases. Topps refuses to show him hitting, and has YET to show him hitting in THREE Flagship releases.

Default Ben Baller Die Cut Red #d 4/5
Ripped a box of Ben Baller and pulled this monster. No comps available, not even any other /5 die cuts have been sold from what I can tell.

***Note: there's a slight ding in the back right corner, otherwise this card looks to be in very good condition to me.***

So I double dipped the chip...and then I scooped out this disgusting horizontal card. Almost threw it back in my mail person's face. The audacity.




...not sure how the corners got a 9, but then again I suck at detecting these kinds of things.

I mean, I'm not a fan of horizontal cards but I love the outrage #410 causes. Topps went horizontal with Trout on his first two non-RC cards and one of them looks like one of those "Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim" team cards that they put in the base sets now.

At least he got a cool vertical fielding card in 2020.
