OK. I always buy them at 200% over Beckett.

No cards will be for sale. I will have them foreclose on that other house before any cards get sold. All extra cards and model trains I do need to get up on E-bay for sale, will only be used to purchase more baseball cards.

The kids are hoping for the X Box One S. I'm debating but the fact that I have to purchase a new Kinect and game pads for LEGO Dimensions, Disney Infinity, and Skylanders has me turned off.

I'm sure foreclosure wouldn't even start for at least a year. I'm not sure how I would pay back the mortgage that I wouldn't have been paying. The rental game in that town sucks. This is now the third bunch of losers that rented which has cost me about $20,000 out of pocket. I'm done.
