The dude hasn't paid rent in 2 months. He hasn't contacted me in the 3 days I have been trying to call him about the rent and electricity being switched into my name. What should I do? Pay his electric bill like the last time? I just lost 56 hours of overtime because the idiot Government forgot to fund the last 2 months of our delivery order. My November mortgage is not getting paid and that house will eventually go to foreclosure which screws my credit report.

I thought it was funny that the lady at the electric company warned me that they wouldn't be responsible for burst pipes due to the cold weather coming up. Like I care about burst pipes or the damage when the house is going to be foreclosed on.

I also had to call a glass place today because last night we noticed some jackbutt kid hit one of my house windows with a ball (on the outside) and the glass is cracked.

I stop paying the mortgage and ignore the bank's phone calls and letters. Eventually they file paperwork to repossess the house; it took about 2 1/2 years for this to happen to my wife's house. It actually isn't as simple as this. When they take possession of the home, they may come after you and sue you for the past payments you missed, interest, and lawyer fees. My wife got lucky and they never went after her.

I really wish Trump would ease the bankruptcy laws back to where they were prior to Bush making them harsh in 2005. I make too much money under the new laws where if I filed, I would have a budget plan to pay everything back worked out whereas before or if you make less, you get off scot free.
