OBP is skyrocketing however. Ohtani was only 1-4 with a single tonight but walked twice, so had an OBP of .500.

Not as sexy I know, and believe me I'd love Shohei to have 43 or 44 HRs right now vs being "stuck" on 40, but hey his pitching is out of this world and he's largely taking what pitchers are giving him.

I trust Shohei to continue to make adjustments both at the plate and on the mound. He is the ADJUSTMENTS KING.
