The guy is hit or miss. He always has a new user id on eBay and the forums. He started pretty honest then went pretty shady. He basically likes to do interest free loans through paypal and then paypal makes him refund the money a month and a half later. Sometimes he will actually send what he sells. Sometimes not.

Yes, not inserted into packs.

The first original cards that made it to market are blue ink signed with a question mark.

I'd be worried that black ink might be a tracing of a faded auto, especially from a zero feedback account.

The Rey cards were signed in several ink colors and variations. They were all signed at the same signing. I was in contact with the person who got them signed a few years back. He purposely had Rey do variations. The black is not fake. About 35 cards were signed. That black ink that is up for sale sold in 2010 and I know the history of the owners. Its just a shame the current owner is such a bleep.

If the Rey card is very rare (only 35 from what I have seen in this thread) why wouldn't someone jump on it? Is the risk so high that if someone bought it the chance that the seller wouldn't ship it very likely?

Ya, I have it in my watch list. Its a shame because its a legit $1K card that doesn't need to be shilled lol. The seller is going to scare off any real buyers like myself. Ebay will get him for shilling, they are not stupid. I just hope someone doesn't buy it not realizing its being shilled. I would only buy that card is it was PSA/BGS slabbed, so I knew it was legit, people like faking these cards to much.
