This is in response to AD getting practically zero touches in the fourth.

The GOAT knows how to make himself better by making his teammates BETTER - getting everyone involved for the benefit of the team which leads to more effective success. Mebron makes his teammates worse while trying to make himself look better, and more frequently loses when it counts than wins.

He’s always been like that. Bron marble cradlers can’t see that.

Harder to win when the refs are rigging it for NY!

"I called timeout. The referee looked right at me, and ignored me. Tyrese Maxey got the ball. I called timeout again, he ignored me again. Then the melee started."

Ham got out coached in the 4th. He made no adjustments on Jokic and expected to get bailed out after being on cruise control.

I would have thought he'd go to AD once or twice toward the end, especially as AD was getting cooked in the 4th. If anything more than to try and get him a positive play on one end.

Lebron agrees: https://twitter.com/cbain100/status/1782646972253421804

“I just saw what happened in the Sixers Knicks game too… What are we doing?
— LeBron James on the NBA being rigged

The 76ers plan to file a grievance with the NBA over the officiating across the first two games of this series, a team spokesperson told ESPN.

Philadelphia has a laundry list of concerns they want to present to the league, including but not limited to the following:

"The Sixers were disadvantaged by two calls in the last two-minute report from Game 1 — an incorrect no-call on a foul from Mitchell Robinson on Tyrese Maxey, and an incorrect no-call on a traveling violation committed by Jalen Brunson,

Philadelphia believes Nick Nurse called for a timeout twice on the inbounds pass that swung the game in the final minute, once prior to the inbounds pass and once following the ball getting to Tyrese Maxey on the floor,

The Knicks have included private information about the referees in their game notes[!]

The Sixers have been the most disadvantaged team in the last two-minute report this season. A report compiled in early April showed that the Sixers had been disadvantaged on 22 calls in these reports during the regular season compared to 11 such errors going against opposing teams, the worst such ratio in the NBA."

What ref is he saying he is calling time out too? Why is he not calling time to the ref RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM? Why is his whole bench not calling time out? You have a guy dressed like a front row fan standing up calling TO and another Business Casual Chris standing there doing nothing.

Did they miss it? Sure. But he looks very casual for a guy that is "getting ignored".

Passive aggressive Mebron trying to deflect his failure and indirectly blaming the referees in another game to Lecomplain and Lewhine about his own loss, because it’s always someone else’s fault. Once a Mellennial, always a Mellennial.

And the worst part is that he thinks he’s doing everyone a favor by pointing out this “social injustice”.

I take it back, they didn't miss the TO call. Maxey didn't have control when Nurse asked for it.

24.1 seconds and Maxey goes to the ground with full control.
24 seconds and 23.9 seconds Nurse starts to raise hand for timeout. Is he saying "timeout"? Probably starting to as much as possible.
23.8 seconds Maxey starts moving the ball and loses control over it, can't grant the timeout.

Watch the video in .25 playback and around the 19-23 second mark will play it all for you.

I posted this in the sixers thread, at no point after the inbound did Maxey have possession of the ball. So the TO call was irrelevant

MJ and Wizards did not even make it to the playoffs. Bron (in his year 21) and Lakers made it to the playoffs and lost to the defending champions (#1 ranked team in WCF). That will be the narrative in the future and neither of which will affect either MJ or Bron's legacy long term in my opinion. It is difficult to change the opinions of Bronbois and Jordashians.

Please don't compare those Wizards teams to lebron's Lakers teams...

Even MJ fans didn’t pump wizards MJ as prime MJ - he was half the player as he was with the Bulls. MJ himself knew he was half the player.

Bron grape guzzlers are still calling him a top 10 player in the NBA. Bron is still whining like he’s the best player in the NBA.

That’s a big difference.

The Philly fans are just like the Laker fans just on different sides of the country. Actually the 2 cities are a lot alike also and that isn't a good thing either. A loss is always someone elses fault. Move on.

I was hoping Boston would get to smash Philly 4-0 but I guess it’ll have to wait lol

Lol Nurse hesitated cause he wanted to eat up more clock. He got caught with his hand in the cookie jar cause he waited a tick too long and then they didn't have clear possession.

He wants to have his cake and eat it too.

Regardless of the timeout debacle and fouls, Maxey should've just held that ball. No idea what he was thinking trying to slide that ball out.

Maxey was put in a horrible spot, it’s not his fault.

Was it Lowry inbounding? He’s a vet he should know better than to throw a ball up for grabs to a guy who’s being double teamed

Agreed. Lowry grabbed the ball too quick without reading where guys were so the 5 seconds started. Then he should have called timeout after seeing nobody was good for the inbound to just advance the ball.

If he had possession than it is a moot point and he traveled anyway. Maxey took several steps and then fell all with the ball (if you are saying he had possession)

They also missed a foul on embiid with 34.5 sec remaining and a push off on Maxey with 27 seconds left.

Officiating was terrible all game. But in the last minute of the game Lowry missed a huge free throw which would have put them up 6 and Hartenstein got an offensive rebound over 4 76ers to keep the possession alive in which the Knicks hit the GW 3.

Without Pippen, would MJ have any rings?!

Without HOPPING to Wade, Bosh, Allen, Love, and Kyrie would Mebron have any rings?

The Lakers wouldn’t be in the playoffs and Mebron wouldn’t have won his half Mickey Mouse ring without AD.

Still got AD and a perennial play in contender

I guess it's possible if Jordan's best teammate for his whole career was Charles Oakley... Fact of the matter is that you give Jordan just 1 17ppg all-star and he doesn't lose.

If Jordan had AD as a teammate, could they possibly be swept by Denver two years in a row?!??? Not a single win in ten tries?

Interesting.

LeBron took a scrub team (best teammate being Larry Hughes @ 14.9 PPG) to the Finals.

90s MJ is certainly lucky for two things:
- Pippen
- Inferior NBA competition
