Purchased an Xbox One this past weekend off of Craigslist. It came with 3 games (Halo 5, Dead Rising 4 and Shadow of War) and 0 murders or kidnappings for $80, so I feel like that was a pretty good deal.

Mostly bought it for game pass, and have had some fun messing around with some of the games on there like Cluster Truck and Human Fall Flat.

Received a free code for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. Pretty fun game. Also playing Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled the Nitrous Oxide Edition. I love me some CTR!!

Borderlands 2 on UVH mode. It takes a little more thought at this difficulty.

Lately I’ve been all over Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Got it for my son for his birthday and he has struggled unlocking characters and what not. Last time he came over from his moms he asked me to keep it and help him.

NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 has been addicting lately for the Switch. Picked it up on sale on the eShop.

Wanting to get MLB the Show but it’s a bit late seeing as MLB ‘20 will be out next March and the content/updates usually die off around the end of season as they begin to focus in on the next years version.

Just preordered Madden.
I have been playing Assassins Creed Odyssey. It’s been really fun so far and the dlc looks awesome.

Game is disappointing. Same ole on a new skin. Reminds me of Call of Duty's formula. Madden 20 is a no buy on my list.

I’ve learned that with the sports games, it’s best to wait until Black Friday. They’re all the same game as the previous year’s version. Don’t pay $60 for it. Pay $29.99 or $39.99 instead. With that said, I haven’t played a Madden game since the days of PS2. I tried playing 18 or 19 and the running style seemed so choppy. I’ll buy in at $19.99 but by then it’ll be about time for Madden 21 to drop.

As for Madden, I like the new Madden 20 if for nothing else, that they improved the feel of the running game, the tackling and speeded up load times. I also really like this year's improved franchise mode (which is about the only mode I play)
