No, it's the people who kept buying it who didn't need it and when it was hard to find that caused the problem.

I haven't seen an empty TP shelf in about 3-4 months, buying 2 packs of it over the past 2-3 weeks isn't causing any sort of shortage.

I'm very conscious of not taking everything of a product off the shelf during all this, I'd only get the extra box or two of something when there was a lot of them on the shelf. And also because of that, when these items do become harder to find, I won't be buying them at the time to take from those who need it, thus actually helping other people out at the time they become hard to find.
