Isn't Trump using campaign funds to pay himself back in some areas? I suspect that's why he's not buying ads. He's also not paying his staffers in places...

He still thinks the fake planned parenthood videos were real. I don't see the "govt. for people with less govt control" that some think they represent. I see him wanting to control some really personal stuff. He brags about all the pro-life stuff he did for Indiana...while Indiana has the DEATH penalty.
Once that pick was made at VP, i refused to support that ticket. Pence scares me more than Trump.

All the more reason to like him. Unconventional for politicians, but he isn't a politician. Like him or not nobody owns him, nobody can control him like the Koch brothers which is typically what the republicans are accused of.

It is unconventional to not pay people who depend on the paycheck you've agreed to give them in return for their work. That is true.

You do have to start to wonder why the Russians are trying so hard to get Trump elected.

Even if so it's sad that we have to depend on any outside source for transparency in our own government.

all the more reason to like him? He's taking money people are giving him to help him become president and stashing it away in his personal accounts.

I guess that's the new "American Way"?

boom.

but seriously, why do you think the Sanders supporters were so vocal? We knew Trump was a dumpster fire and Clinton was as establishment as you can get.

Her leads are shrinking by the day and betting odds moved 2 points in favor of Trump last night. Check recent polls in Ohio. 0.3% margin in favor of Clinton.

i love the clinton supporters who have no issue with all of her laundry list of dirty financial dealings but act like they are outraged at trumps.

(again, not a trump supporter and will not be voting for him)

here he is not paying some of his top staffers

One secret of Trump's low-cost campaign: free labor | Reuters

so he's either a) not going to pay them at all, b) pay them at the end of the thing, with varying levels of pay based on success or failure, or c)pay them with promises of favored positions in his administration.

and here he is shuffling campaign donation money into his personal accounts, via paying his own companies for services rendered to the campaign.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/22/us...ents.html?_r=0

so not a direct "thanks for your cash, i'll just put it in my checking account now" link, there certainly is a connection to enriching himself and his family through campaign donations.
