I am not exactly sure how the bookies determine the odds, but is it based on who they think will win or where the money is coming in? Like as soon as they give better odds for Biden, if Biden supporters flood money in, do they adjust it back up for Trump and visa versa?

Not really a shift, as most of South Texas and Texas was favored to go to Donald Trump. Why I had said Texas is not in play at all this election.

Border counties shifted 15-25 points for Trump.

McConnell winning is not a surprise but by twice the amount of votes after statistically being in the top 5 worst economic/educated states for awhile now.
