Well a couple trickled in over the last few weeks. First this:

A Kawhi Cubic Revolution /50 for $9.25

And then this Ibaka Status Pursuit came in today for $4.49

^^^ Nice pickups! I'm sure Kawhi Raptors stuff will always hold value for Raptors fans. That dude got legend status in 1 season. Pretty impressive.

I've gotten a handful of things in this week.

Got this one from a member here, TheYoyo, who I had never interacted with before. He randomly sent me a PM saying he pulled this himself a few months back and asked if I was interested. We quickly worked out a fair deal. I had never seen a copy of this Foster until this one, and now there was already another copy that popped up on eBay within a week.

This one is my first Oladipo patch since he's been with the Pacers. Panini still hasn't produced very many Pacers patches for his cards but there are enough out there that I should have had one by now. Pretty happy to add this one for roughly $16.

I was planning on holding out on picking up any TJ Warren stuff until he has some Pacers cards out but I couldn't pass this up for $7 dlvd. 2nd year, on-card auto /10 for that price of a starter level player is pretty awesome.

Panini Status is so amazing, I wish they would just do a 90s era set and a current era set to satisfy both worlds of collectors. So much potential for 90s stuff with that product...wish Kemp was in it.

Love the freebie from JasonDR, he's a cool dude. So much GOLD as usual, SteveO. Happy to see this thread still kicking, may have some stuff to share later.

That Penny is dope. That Holoview Heroes set is really underrated. They were really tough pulls too. 1:75 packs from what was at the time a high-end product.

Got this in yesterday. It's been really fun finding Brandon Rush stuff that I used to own when I was "super collecting" him. The most fun part is that I can now buy most of it for pennies on the dollar in comparison of what I used to pay when he was still a young guy with potential. Funny story on this purchase. I found the same card (nearly an identical patch) on Instagram and asked the owner if they were selling. They said sure make me an offer. I offered $15, which I thought was very fair. The seller came back with "very low offer, card is /10". I politely responded and said the card is /10 but it's also Brandon Rush and I'm very familiar with the market for his cards. At the same time this was all happening, the copy below popped up on eBay and I put in a snipe for $15. I ended up winning the card for $11.24 dlvd.

Very handsome looking card, great design and auto. ...but my favorite part of this post was the story. I love it when someone wants too much for a card and you end up getting the card for less, or way less than you initially offered someone. Last offer (a while back, since I don't make offers any more) I made ended up with a similar outcome. Like you, I'm familiar with the market on my niche cards and people think they're sitting on the hope diamond, but it's great when it turns into a WIN/WIN situation.

I think 2004-05 did it best with the unnumbered and very short printed immaculate, but I haven't been able to find one of those yet. This is the Gold parallel /50 from 2005-06.

YES. I wish this thread was around when I was snatching sets like these that Mitch was in in the 90s. So so many good looking cards that don't break the bank if the guy isn't named Michael Jordan. 1997 SPx was just terrifyingly on point in every aspect. This set is no exception!

Not familiar with the 05/06 design, but damn if it doesn't continue the pedigree of excellence in the flagship UD product. That card looks incredible. So simple, so subtle, so brilliant. Thanks for sharing, now I have to go see who else is in this set and what other parallels there are!

This thread needs a much-deserved bump! I've had a TON of poverty stuff come in recently. Grabbed roughly 20 low-end PC needs from COMC, sportlots and a couple ebay finds as well, mostly random MJs I don't have, set fillers, and a Mitch Richmond or three. These two are the highlights, however. You guys know I don't do much new stuff, but it was a $9.99 BIN for a /15 Flawless auto? No brainer.

Didn't quote the pics, but those STATUS cards are nice! For a second I thought I was looking at Essential Credentials. I wish they had more 90s guys in the STATUS releases. Nice pickups all around, but those two stood out to me!
