NVDA really taking it in the chin after the earlier small bounce back.

Green on the day! MCD, CVX and VZ were the big winners. INTC was my only loser. Up 1.4% overall feels like a win.

Nothing like beating earnings and your stock drop 10%. Haha. Gambling is fun

Made 0 moves today. Most of the stuff that got crushed just went back to prices that the stocks were at a month ago. Seems like a massive move, but it’s really not.

If there’s some breakthrough that magically cuts the cost of producing LLMs, that’s probably a net positive for every stock that doesn’t have anything to do with AI infrastructure spend. And that’s probably 99% of stocks.

Yawn

I am assuming you are talking about SOFI. That stock is always weird around earnings. Big lead up gains and followed by a huge sell off.

Between Nvidia and SOFI. I got crushed yesterday. Saved a bit by AT&T

Quick follow-up on this.. They allocated me four shares from my 100 order… “Your Public Offering buy order for 100 SFD. You received 4 shares at 20.00. Thank You.”

MSFT kneecapped after results. Conference call could change things, but it's not great right now. TSLA down ~$20 too.

Doesn’t look like it is falling too far as of 4:25.

I wonder how long NVDA bounces between $120-$130? It looks like it is creeping up again after hours.

It took awhile but I see MSFT dropped 5% to $420ish a share. I think I will add to my small position tomorrow if it stays close to there or goes lower.

Yeah I’ve been in and out on sofi. I knew they’d beat earnings but of course it goes down on AI news from China I assume. I can keep holding though, just think it’s funny how it works.

I sold the calls soon after I bought them for a decent gain.

Shares I’m down 12% on now. Thinking of cutting the loss on the shares and adding calls in replace.

Picked up some UPS today between $112 and $114, already in the green. Sold some puts on the tariff "news" near the end of the day.

I will look into UPS today. A beat down stock that I have been slowly accumulating over the last 6-9 months is Pfizer (PFE)… it pays a solid dividend and has stalled in the mid to upper $20s for awhile and well off its COVID highs.

It’s early but looks like 2025 is going to be a rough year for the stock market.
