that does seem like the best argument for opening boxes/packs. for everyone chasing rookies/autos from boxes from 2+ years ago, wouldn't we be out of luck if we get these redemption cards (not sure how prevalent that was then but seems common now). in other words, anyone buying these things in 2022 is going to be, by default, unable to collect some of the most valuable autos?

I've stalking Hoops and Prizm Football on eBay for weeks now since it's impossible to get retail where I am unless it's your job.

Hoops prices were MUCH better this week since it came out....lower then even Prizm Football. I picked up 16 hangers at 2xMSRP, couple blasters at 2.5, 12 cellos at 2x and one 80 mega at 140

Again....I know you guys say that Prizm football was printed to the moon but it's still holding almost 3x MSRP across the board.

The secondary prices are a laugh right now for the long term value, no better time to pick up this product for a long term hold.

Yep! I’ve been watching a lot of auctions and some are still ending high, but you can get better deals scoping BINs and best offers. Anything below 2.5x is a pretty good deal right now and I’m not sure it’s going to get much better. You can find 2x if you look hard enough, but it will never get below 2x, so scoop it up now while you can.

To be fair, I had ordered a set but they said it didn’t pass inspection. I ordered a mega and got the set. I don’t see the set in my order history.

I have avoided ebay like the plague, much better deals to be had on facebook. For example, I just picked up 18 hangers and 2 blasters in my most recent deal for $800 total. Works out to $40 per item with even better value on the 2 blasters. I have spent about 5k so far and still buying!

I'm gonna say this now... I think Mega boxes of Premium Stock will eventually overtake the Hobby boxes in price. The retail is so much nicer IMO.

It’s also a weekend and there were stocks again today. This is not the bottom unless we make it the bottom.

I have seen more and more listed every hour as well as updates constantly about price drops on 4 of the sites.

Definitely not. Most places stock earlier in the week, it is now the weekend, so most of the people who scored already posted their stuff likely same day.

There are at least 2-3 more big stocks of this stuff coming. Big lots will start hitting again come Mon-Weds this week.

But the flippers will always win because there will always a price the intersects where long term holders and flippers win.

Agreed to a point, but we control a lot of where that intersects and if their margins shrink they will reevaluate if it is worth their time...

They are in it for the quick flip and it becomes a race to the bottom.... the bottom is what we semi control.

The lower we can push it the better for us and worse for them, the more self control we have the better.... the drop is always faster than the rise, we won’t miss the boat!
