I think it is George's company unless something changed over the last 5 years. I used to break with them from occasionally 2014-17. They're loud and obnoxious and i preferred other breakers but i'd check them all and buy my teams in PYT breaks from anyone back then.

And you're right i think D is Meg's brother. The reason i think it's G's company is because i remember watching one time and George chewed Dave's ass out for something and Dave was all sad and acting like he was gonna quit that day.

George probably gave Dave the President title to make him feel good and he is family. That would be my guess.
