It's like the range of emotions on this range from, "Meh, that's wasn't bad" to "I JUST LOST EVERY SINGLE PENNY OF MY PURCHASE PRICE!!"

just weird that no one has gotten a "big" box... No one. Its all crap. The national treasures are nice - but its the worst one- collegiate multi sport..2015
Its one thing if you gamble and miss - and someone hits - but literally no one has hit a big box.
tells me there were maybe 10 out of 1000 with a case or a high end box. BO has a good rep - and usually delivers -- but this feels like a massive miss to me.

I'm more just disappointed after watching all the unboxing YouTube videos from the previous years. I knew it was a gamble and I'm not gonna go all crazy and say it's a total loss, just wasn't looking forward to holding or having to resell items.

I’m picking up mine on Friday. I bought this knowing it’s a repack and knowing the gamble with repacks. I’m honestly not going to be upset if my box isn’t great. I just enjoy opening stuff and even at $500…it isn’t any different than opening a box of National treasures or something and pulling $100 or less in cards and spending $1000-$2000. The hobby (box wise) is insane right now. Most of the stuff coming out of here was super cheap at the last National (the National treasures college boxes were like $200 or so and cases of the 2018 court kings blasters were like $400 if I remember correctly. The hobby has changed, prices are crazy and it sucks but if you purchased this, just enjoy it. I know I will!

I did hit a Trevor Lawrence auto, a Ted Williams jersey swatch from the Jersey Fusion box thing (the actual one listed on sportscards.com's website), and a Justin Herbert RC jersey relic from the 2020 Donruss FB blaster, which was actually the holiday blaster, and a Whit Merrifield auto out of the Topps holiday box. Everything else was meh.

Last time I got a case and sold it. No way in hell was i going to open it. It wasnt something I collect.

Only tripled my money.

You dont have to open every box or case you get.

I agree, that's the big issue. It was 1 in 5 in 2019, they said on their page where you buy "MORE" would be in this year. Instead, we are seeing no big boxes nor any cases.

Are the 2017 Optic Mega’s considered a big hit? It’s on the sell sheet so they probably would.

I think those only hurt a little because most of us remember paying $15 a box for these on Black Friday a couple years ago.

I got 3 of these and my only hobby hits were 2016 National Treasures College Basketball, a Sapphire Soccer box and I guess I'd count the 2017 Optic Mega Football (Not Hobby I know, I remember buying 10 box cases of these for $199.99 on black Friday)

That sapphire soccer if 19/20 is big. Hell, all three of yours had sell sheet items in them. Hard to go wrong there

Did anybody open their on-demand box with no shrink wrap? I'm guessing it's from 2017 or 2018 before they started wrapping them.

mine was no shrink wrap - cards are smaller than regular size. a few cards /25 including Trout. One card /10. that was it.
