I think Trump is a moderate conservative. I think is now that 3 bases you have the far right strongly conservative base. You have the far left progressive base and then somewhere in the middle you have the moderatly conservative they really don't fit among the progressives or the conservatives as they like and accpet idea's among the moderate and conservative idea's. That's what won him the election in 2016 there was enough of those people he was able to swing to his side to beat Clinton and is gambling those same people can win him election again in 2020.

What was the context you saw it in? I saw it, and it was very offensive. Democrats have always taken the Black vote for granted, they don't even need to do anything for them to get it. Biden has actually done far more harm to the Black community than he has done to help, and he will still get the vast majority of their vote. Hopefully that will begin to change over time.

Imagine if Trump had delivered the same message to white people. Wow. The left would be going even more insane.

Democrats thrive off their vote. And you are right, no programs or legislation has actually helped them from their political representatives. Taxpayer funding fuels the leadership that promises everything but never delivers.

Taken out of context? No he's either senile or racist. He also said poor kids are just as smart as white kids. Guy has said racist things going back decades so to say it's all out of text is BS.

What he is saying is they should be given the same chance as middle and upper class kids. THat is what I take from it. Why do you take it as derogatory? Lets not talk about racist comments in the past...Biden has plenty of those.
