Oh, I “get it”. I’m not buying into the FOMO or the hype though. I’ve been doing this for 19 years and plan to do it for much longer. I’ll be here when the bull hits the fan and these drop back to earth. It may be a year, may be 5. Either way, I dont really care. I will, however, call out the bull when I see it and will try to help others see it as well. I will keep giving advice to people to not buy from these “investors” because (clearly) not many people on here know about cook groups and Discord channels.

And yes… This is the truth right here!

My point is... there is no use in complaining or moaning about it or trying to convince others to do something different when it's not going to change a thing. It's much more enjoyable to buy what you like and can afford and don't worry about the rest. ultimately, I do think they all fall back down to earth when the majority of people currently buying inevitably move on and begin to enjoy something else more.

It really is a game of hot potato but the potato just doesn't feel very warm right now with the way these all seem to move up day after day.

You think the thread has zero effect on prices? Yes. 100% Agree. I purchased all my cards from Cigar City Collectibles when it comes to secondary market. $26 a piece. No issues.

I check the sellers profile before I consider a Project 2020 Purchase. If they have the latest fads and video games, I'm running the other way

Spot on. If they're a pass at $17ish live, then I definitely don't want them for hundreds. One man's opinion.

Cool part is how unique many of these cards are. I wasn't planning on buying a Clemente by any artist, but once I saw the "Mando" one by JK5 I couldn't pass!
