I’ve spoken with Wheeler and he responds to emails as opposed to twinsjake who has ignored every one of my attempts at contact. So I’ll stick with Wheeler until I see a reason not to.

And just to be clear, I have no “problem” with twinsjake in general. When he was on EBay he always responded to me but business is business. I can’t have my money tied up on the hope he gets his act together. I feel for his situation but we all have things we need to do.

I have no reason to doubt Wheeler. For TwinsJake, I hadn't received one card from him which started with #107. I'm sorry, but he's a business and part of being a business is customer service and he sorely lacks it. Nobody should be realistically asking him to respond to every email he receives, but how long does it take to tweet or update your website just once a week just so we can see where you are. It would alleviate some concern. I saw none of that so I opened claimed on all my cards and got my money back. I totally get when ordering from a Presaler there's going to be an even longer delay, and I have no problem with that. It's the lack of communication that gets me, especially when I've gotten cards in the 170's from another Presaler, yet I still wait for card #107 with no kind of update whatsoever. I'll never understand the villification of the customer in this situation (I see it more on the FB Boards).

I'm still ordering from Wheeler as well. I do think he might have bit off too much which has been exasperated by topps shipping. I'm assuming order numbers on his site just increment by 1, my first was around order 500, my latest is order 5000! He seems to be doing about 400 orders a week. Let's go conservative and say he's ordering 100 of each card. There's at least 100 cards that have shipped since the topps bottleneck, I know topps is now in the 200s. He has 10,000 cards to go through at least.

I placed 9 orders with Wheeler, starting with card 197 up to 249, 16 cards in all. Starting this week, I went back to ordering from Topps for my Shore Trout and Don C McGwire. I only buy for myself, not to flip so I'm good with receiving them whenever. Once I start getting cards shipped from Wheeler, I may go back to ordering from him
