My economy that I sent back in June has popped! Have only sent about 10 cards total in all my years collecting so this was the first real submission for me.

Order Type: Economy
# of cards: 21 (15 CC Vouchers + 6 Extras)
Order delivered per USPS: 06/22/20
Order received per PSA: 07/18/20
Research & ID: 07/18/20
Grading: 7/21/20
Assembly:8/29/20
QA1:9/1/20
QA2:9/2/20
Shipped: 9/3/20

Overall Gem Rate was 57%.
12 - 10s
9 - 9s
All Mosaic or Bowman Cards.
7/9 Mosaic got 10s
5/12 Bowman got 10s. I didn't pay nearly close enough attention to centering on these so this is not surprising.

Not bad considering it was my first time and I don't feel like I looked over this batch as well as I am looking over cards now before sending. Hopefully my next batches come back even better.

I was watching a youtuber/shop owner say that you can submit $25 per card at a 6-week turnaround time? What service level is this?

The service levels are listed on their website and this isn’t one of them.

I had an express usps showed delivered 8/28 (Friday) psa showed it received 8/31 (Monday), so no delay there. It’s been in grading since 9/1.

First sub to PSA and overall very pleased. Paid for 10 day and time elapsed from PSA entering into system until I had my grades available was 7 days. Can’t wait to get them back!!

Anyone know the approximate time PSA takes to enter order into their system for regular service (the $50 per card one). Been a month since they received it.

It can take between 4-7 weeks for PSA to enter the package into their system for processing.

I see, got a little concerned because I see people with economy orders sent around the same time as me got logged in by PSA these couple of days. I figured regular service would've been logged faster.

Did you mark "regular service" on the outside of the box? If you did, I wouldn't worry and would think that you should be logged into processing closer to the 4 week number than 7.

My 6 card economy order is still sitting in grading that was delivered 7/14. I emailed them about a week ago with no response.

Hmmm... that's what I was expecting but that option didn't appear when I did my submission a week or so ago. Wonder if there is a lag in getting the membership/vouchers to show up as well? Actually just received my 'welcome kit' today with the instructions, card savers, free book, etc.

Hopefully grading goes more quickly for you. My bulk has been sitting in grading for 3 weeks. Maybe 4 actually.

You mean 100 cards correct? PSA requires a minimum of 50 cards for value submissions.

PSA just sent an email informing customers on what thy're currently doing to improve and this one alone should be a definite improvement.

NEW SUBMISSION ID LABELS
Another new operational improvement to announce – next week we’ll be introducing Submission ID Labels! The days of writing the service level on the side of your package are over! Now when you print out your online submission form, you will also be asked to print out a Submission ID Label to affix a barcode to the side of your package. This new process also supports sending in multiple submissions in the same box. When your package arrives at PSA, the barcode on the submission ID label will be scanned, and you will immediately receive an email alerting you that your submission(s) have arrived, with details on what comes next.

Lucky! I have a 15 CC Economy order that has been in Research and ID since 7/23.

This is a great addition to their service. Very much looking forward to the change!

What kind of labels do I need to buy to print out the barcode? Or can it just be printed on normal paper and taped over on the package?

Thanks for catching that, bcubs. It was an Express service order. I copy and pasted from this thread and forgot to update that section. Just edited the post. Thank you!
