Short for: raw card that if sent to PSA will get a certain grade based on the pictures in the ebay listing.

So simply a raw card... you can only HOPE for a certain grade going by a photo, cameras hide lots of stuff I have found over the years. Anyone saying in a listing the card will grade a 10 I pass... every time. NM is a safe bet, which to means a 8.5-9

Personally I'm working on a PSA 10 and Black Label filter for Snapchat. Im gonna sell a TON of cards!!!
